How we fund

The Trust typically provides project-based funding rather than unrestricted or open-ended core support.

Our funding is often:

Time-limited
Focused on a specific piece of work or phase of a project

Our funding will be reviewed regularly in the light of progress and changing circumstances.

We recognise that good work requires administration and coordination, but we place a strong emphasis on delivery rather than overheads and on the proportional use of funds.

We will generally not make funding of more than £5000 available.

We expect reporting that is clear, regular and informative, helping us understand what has been achieved or learned, and what this suggests for forward planning, rather than extensive bureaucracy.
